Artwork
For a consistent and polished product, five pieces of artwork should be designed: inside and outside booklets, inside and outside tray cards and disc face artwork. Our professional team offers you services to design this artwork. If your artwork has already been designed, our team just needs to make it print ready for digital production machines.

Artwork files should be in JPEG format, RGB colour mode and 300 DPI resolution.

Audio File Standards
To ensure the highest possible audio quality, we recommend uploading files in AIFF format.
Accepted digital formats: Uncompressed AIFF (44.1KHz, 16- bit, 2-channel stereo files required)
All audio file names must end in an appropriate dot extension: (.AIFF or .AIF)
Track length and total runtime must adhere to the Red Book audio CD standard.
Video DVDs

Video File Standards
Content must be an authored DVD provided as a single ISO file. (ISO files must be unencrypted.)
Your source must contain only AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders in the root directory of the disc.
Inclusion of data or executable files on DVD are not supported.
In order to maximize playback compatibility, we recommend a maximum total bit rate for the combined video and audio tracks of 6.5 Mbp/s (megabits per second).
Using Dolby Digital (AC-3) audio is recommended; also PCM and DTS audio are supported.
Discs up to 4.6 GB in size are accepted. Only single track DVDs are supported
